With the self fully subdued, one obtains the sublime refuge which is very difficult to achieve.

မိမိသည္သာလွ်င္ ကိုယ္ကြယ္ရာ ျဖစ္ေပသည္။

မိမိမွ တစ္ပါး အျခားအားထားရာ ရွိေတာ့မည္နည္း။

ကိုယ့္ကိုယ့္ကုိ ယံုႀကည့္ျခင္းသည္  ရရွိဖုိ႔ရန္ခက္ခဲ႔ေသာ

ေအာင္ျမင္မႈေတြကို အံ့အားသင့္ေလာက္ေအာင္ မိမိမွရရွိမည္ျဖစ္ေပသည္  ။
